Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dispatcher desktop application, website, APIs, published Sites hosting, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Dispatcher (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Dispatcher, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Important: Dispatcher is a workflow and orchestration tool. It is not itself an AI coding agent. Third-party agents you choose to run can execute powerful actions on your systems. Section 5 (AI agents and orchestration) and Sections 12-13 (disclaimers and liability) are essential reading before you use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Dispatcher helps developers plan work and orchestrate third-party AI coding agents in isolated git worktrees, with optional cloud collaboration features (including tasks, knowledge documents, organizations, integrations, and published Sites). The Service includes application software, website, documentation, updates, and support channels we make available. Desktop builds are currently offered for macOS and Windows.

We do not sell, resell, or operate the third-party AI agent products you connect. Those products are provided by their respective vendors under their own terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use Dispatcher on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account registration

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@getdispatcher.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application except as permitted by law
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to generate, host, distribute, or facilitate malware, phishing, spam, or other content that harms others or violates third-party rights
• Share account credentials or resell access to the Service without authorization
• Circumvent usage limits, licensing restrictions, security controls, or rate limits
• Scrape, bulk-export, or abuse APIs of Dispatcher or of third-party platforms connected through Dispatcher, beyond normal interactive use and documented integrations
• Misrepresent an affiliation with Dispatcher or with any third-party product we integrate with

5. AI agents and orchestration

5.1 Dispatcher is a conduit, not the agent

Dispatcher is a workflow interface and orchestrator. It helps you launch, isolate, observe, and review work performed by third-party AI coding agents and related tools that you select (for example Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Kiro, OpenCode, Antigravity, Grok, Muse Code, Pi, omp, Hermes, Poolside, and similar harnesses). Dispatcher does not itself author agent decisions or guarantee agent output.

5.2 Your authorization of agent actions

When you dispatch or continue an agent session, you authorize that agent to run commands and make changes in the environment you configure (including worktrees, terminals, files, network access, and connected accounts), subject to the agent’s own capabilities and your machine’s permissions. Agents may execute arbitrary or destructive commands, modify or delete files, expose secrets, incur API or cloud charges, open pull requests, or take other actions.

5.3 No liability for third-party agent conduct

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dispatcher is not responsible or liable for any act, omission, error, hallucination, unsafe suggestion, security issue, data loss, downtime, cost, or other consequence arising from third-party agents or tools you run through or alongside the Service. That includes, without limitation, deleted or corrupted data, leaked credentials, committed secrets, broken builds, production incidents, or fees charged by agent or cloud providers.

5.4 Your review obligations

You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, approving, and deploying any code or changes generated or proposed by AI agents before merging, releasing, or relying on them. You are also responsible for configuring safe environments (including worktree isolation, secrets handling, and production access controls).

5.5 Third-party terms and credentials

Your use of third-party agents and integrations is governed by those providers’ terms and privacy policies. You must supply and manage any API keys or credentials those tools require. Dispatcher does not proxy or resell those agent services. Provider names are used only to identify compatible integrations; no endorsement or partnership is implied.

6. Credentials, secrets, and local security

You are responsible for protecting credentials used with Dispatcher and with third-party tools, including AI provider keys, git credentials, and integration tokens. Unless a feature expressly states otherwise:

• AI provider API keys are typically managed by the third-party agent CLI or your local environment, not uploaded to Dispatcher cloud as part of ordinary agent execution
• Local application state may be stored on your device (including SQLite or similar local stores). You are responsible for disk encryption, device access control, and endpoint security
• If you connect integrations, we may store OAuth tokens or similar credentials needed to operate those connections, as described in our Privacy Policy

We are not liable for unauthorized access arising from compromised devices, shared machines, weak local protections, or credentials you disclose to third parties.

7. Integrations

Optional integrations (for example GitHub, Linear, and Slack) are provided to help you import work, create tasks, or open pull requests. You authorize us to access the scopes you grant during OAuth or similar flows. You must comply with each platform’s developer and API terms. We aim to request only the permissions needed for documented features; you should review requested scopes before connecting.

We may suspend an integration if continued use would violate a platform’s terms, create security risk, or abuse rate limits.

8. Published Sites and user content

The Service may let you create and publish HTML/CSS/JS artifacts (“Sites”) at URLs we host (for example under getdispatcher.dev paths). You retain ownership of content you publish. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate the Sites feature.

You must not publish Sites that:

• Contain malware, phishing, scam, or deceptive content
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights
• Violate applicable law or these Terms
• Attempt to abuse our infrastructure, evade rate limits, or impersonate others

We may review, rate-limit, unpublish, take down, or disable Sites or related accounts at any time, including for abuse, legal compliance, or operational risk. Report abuse to abuse@getdispatcher.dev.

8.1 Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe material hosted on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@getdispatcher.dev with: (a) your contact information; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act; and (f) your physical or electronic signature. We may remove or disable access to material and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers.

9. Intellectual property and trademarks

The Service, including its software, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by Dispatcher and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You retain all rights to your code, repositories, and content. We claim no ownership over materials you create or manage through Dispatcher, except for the limited hosting license in Section 8.

Third-party product names, logos, and trademarks (including those of AI agent vendors and integration platforms) are the property of their respective owners. References in the Service are for identification and compatibility only. No sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation is implied unless we expressly say so in a signed agreement.

10. Early access, beta features, and service levels

Dispatcher is currently in early access. Features may be incomplete, unstable, or changed without notice. Unless you have a separate signed agreement that expressly provides an SLA, the Service is provided without uptime, support-response, or availability guarantees.

11. Fees and payment

Dispatcher is free for local use during early access. Optional cloud features may be subject to plan limits. We may introduce paid plans with reasonable notice. Any paid features will be subject to pricing and billing terms presented at purchase (including renewal, taxes, and refunds, when applicable).

12. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY AI AGENT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, SAFE, OR FIT FOR YOUR PURPOSE.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISPATCHER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, THIRD-PARTY AI AGENTS, INTEGRATIONS, OR PUBLISHED SITES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ACTIONS TAKEN BY THIRD-PARTY AGENTS YOU RUN, INCLUDING DESTRUCTIVE COMMANDS, DATA LOSS, SECRET EXPOSURE, OR THIRD-PARTY FEES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN THE AGGREGATE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dispatcher and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your content or published Sites; (c) your use of third-party AI agents or integrations; (d) your violation of these Terms; or (e) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Business customers that need a Data Processing Agreement may review our DPA and Subprocessors list.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected abuse, legal risk, or other cause, with notice when reasonably practicable. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application and, if applicable, deleting your account as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 5-9 and 12-19.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where prohibited, courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.

18. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and version above. Material changes will be communicated via the application, website, or email when appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
