Terms of Service
Last updated: June 26, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dispatcher desktop application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Dispatcher ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using Dispatcher, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of service
Dispatcher is a native desktop application that helps developers manage tasks and orchestrate AI coding agents in isolated git worktrees. The Service includes the application software, documentation, updates, and support channels we make available.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using Dispatcher, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account registration
Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@getdispatcher.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application except as permitted by law
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service to generate malicious code or content that violates third-party rights
- Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service without authorization
- Circumvent usage limits, licensing restrictions, or security measures
5. AI agent usage
Dispatcher integrates with third-party AI agents (e.g., Claude, Codex, Cursor). Your use of these agents is subject to the respective provider's terms of service. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any code changes generated by AI agents before merging or deploying them.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by Dispatcher and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
You retain all rights to your code, repositories, and content. We claim no ownership over materials you create or manage through Dispatcher.
7. Early access and beta features
Dispatcher is currently in early access. Beta features may be incomplete, unstable, or changed without notice. We provide the Service "as is" during this period and appreciate your feedback to help us improve.
8. Fees and payment
Dispatcher is free during early access. We may introduce paid plans in the future with reasonable notice. Any paid features will be subject to additional terms presented at the time of purchase.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISPATCHER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dispatcher from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
14. Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the application or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
